Limited Product Warranty
Slip Grip warrants that the production equipment and gear products you have purchased will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty, including Slip Grip brand products. The warranty starts from the date your product ships from our facility. You will be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
For Slip Grip own brand products, during the warranty period, notice of a defect that is covered by this Limited Product Warranty, Slip Grip will test and repair or replace the product, at the option of Slip Grip. This is your exclusive remedy for defective products. Slip Grip shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the defective product is returned and tested.
To the extent allowed by local law, except as expressly set forth in this limited warranty, Slip Grip makes no other warranties, guarantees, or conditions, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties, and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and implied guarantees of acceptable quality, to the extent permitted by law, Slip Grip expressly disclaims all warranties, guarantees, and conditions not stated in this limited warranty and any implied warranties, guarantees, and conditions that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period.
