RMA RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Slip Grip has a simple and effective process for returns and exchanges.

Please follow these easy steps to return/exchange your purchase:

  • 1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
    It is necessary to have an RMA number for all returns. Call or email our customer service team for an RMA number.

  • 2. Fill Out RMA Form and Write RMA Number on Shipping Label
    Print and fill out the RMA form, also write the RMA number on the shipping label. Click Here: Download the RMA Form

  • 3. Repack in Original Packaging
    All content which was included in the original package must be received, including, but not limited to all manuals, warranty cards, and components. Shipment must be in an outer protective box. All original pieces must be received in order to process your return or exchange.
  • Once an RMA number has been assigned, the returned product must be shipped within 10 days. If it is not shipped within 10 days, a new RMA number will need to be requested.

    Once your package is received back in our warehouse, the item will be tested and we will process your refund/exchange within 5-10 business days.

    No returns without an RMA will be accepted and all items shipped for a return or exchange without an RMA will be returned to the customer at our leisure. We cannot process any returns and are not responsible for any items shipped without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any missing or lost items.
